Day 6-8 (Tossa De Mar/Costa Brava)
At the end of our stay in Barcelona we rented a car. A little, cute, black VW Gold (Bianka, you would be proud of us!). We drove up the Costa Brava to a little quaint town called Tossa de Mar and stayed in a beautiful little hotel. The biggest advantage has certainly been the time of the year. Most tourists here had left and, although many restaurants were closed also, it was so nice to enjoy this beautiful spot during the quiet season. We went for a couple of nice runs. The water was warm and crystal clear and the beaches and the entire town very clean and people very hospitable.
